David Peters, EA, MS, PhD
David Peters was born and raised in the tax preparation profession, assisting his mother, Bonnie Peters, who helped build Quality Tax Services into a thriving tax preparation business in Bakersfield for over 35 years.
David received his doctoral degree from University of California, San Diego and has been professionally preparing tax returns since 2003. He is an Enrolled Agent, federally authorized by the Internal Revenue Service to represent taxpayers on all tax matters, and is a member of both the National Society of Enrolled Agents and the California Society of Enrolled Agents. Most importantly, David understands the unique intricacies of each person's finances and extends an extremely personal service to his clients, year after year. His expertise and attention to details will likely save you time and money.

Sandra K. Henriksen, EA
Sandra K. Henriksen first became involved with Quality Tax Services as far back as 1998 while attending school and assisting her father-in-law Chuck Henriksen and his business partner Bonnie Peters with their growing tax partnership. She graduated in the accounting field and went on to a 24-year career in the power plant energy industry as Administrative Manager of a Kern County cogeneration power plant, a partnership owned by two major oil and energy entities.
Over the years Sandra administered and managed treasury and cash management, bilateral contract accounting, financial reporting, energy settlements, fuel procurement, greenhouse gas management, property tax, and regulatory agency reporting. She created the company financial infrastructure and compiled multiple internal control and oversight procedures, successfully representing the partnership through financial and regulatory audits performed by PricewaterhouseCoopers and Federal, State, and local regulatory agencies.
Sandra retired from the power plant energy industry in 2020. She now brings her experience, organization, and attention to detail to Quality Tax Services as a Partner and has made serving and representing the valued clients of Quality Tax Services her top priority.
Sandra is a federally authorized tax practitioner authorized by the U.S. Government to represent taxpayer matters before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent (EA). She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the California Society of Enrolled Agents, and a registered member of the California Tax Education Council.

Charles Henriksen, EA
Chuck is a native Californian and earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of California Northridge, specializing in Accounting.
He started in the tax business on a part time basis in the late 60’s, and full time since the mid 80’s when he became one of the founding partners of Quality Tax Services.
Authorized by the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent in 1988, he is a member of the National Society of Enrolled Agents, and the California Society of Enrolled Agents.
